你这问题也不是很大啊，你又不是53或者63，现在你首先得戒撸，然后尽量不要熬夜，你说吃过中药，主要是你在哪看的病，医生水平如何，我不知道你是哪个省份的，但是个人建议看中医，最好去本省的省中医院，我跟你说，中医和中医之间的差别，比人和狗之间差别都大。有时候路走不通，不是人的问题，是路的问题。
还有你平时该锻炼得锻炼啊，你都虚到这程度了，还不抓紧锻炼起来，最起码晚上先开始快步走和跳绳啊，最好去健身房撸铁，把身体抓起来，要不然。。。真就成破塑料袋了
