您是有时突然就射精了，有时始终不射精，我想可能主要是心理因素吧，对于您突然就射精了，可能是您心里比较激动，阴茎的刺激强度过大造成的。您筋疲力尽了还没射精，可能是您频繁性交射精，性交时注意力不集中，导致了您射精中枢处于疲劳的状态而产生了不射精。我给您一个小建议啊就是适当地调整性交频率，不要经常性交，性交前几分钟内，拿毛巾热敷睾丸和阴茎，会有很好的效果，平时生活中营造温馨和谐的家庭的氛围，对妻子好一些营造您与老婆之间的和谐感情。
