[保健养生] 前列腺炎百灵方

请教LZ，我的表现症状是蛋蛋疼（是隔几个月就出现这样情况），最近一次增加了一项症状是和老婆同房后的第二天特别疼，病史也就1年左右时间。
前段时间我去本地的大医院检查了下，做了个蛋蛋的B超，医生说没什么关系，要我多运动，保持正常的夫妻生活，还开了点药一个消炎的加前列疏通片。后第二天症状就没了，我也没买药吃了。
请教，我现在该怎么处理？可以吃你的药方？
