感谢楼主分享！我自小对传统武术很感兴趣，不知道楼主习武练的是哪家功夫?

西医那一套说法在懂的人眼中很可笑，说什么多补充蛋白质就行，照这样说，把蛋白质、水分什么的组合在一起就产生精液了?楼主说的万籁声老先生的方法是童子功吧，我知道的练法和楼主说的略有差别，想和楼主交流一下。还有就是星眸，凤吟，蛇形，桃花这些词都是什么意思啊，麻烦楼主指点一下迷津，万分感谢！
